Waterford Square has so many amenities and wonderful perks when becoming a resident. Summer time is a breeze with our nice cool pool conveniently next to the leasing office, and if it gets too cool the Jacuzzi is just a few steps away. Our goal is to make sure our residents have everything they need within arm’s reach; our fitness center is in the leasing office right along with our business center. You’ll never have to worry about printing a school paper or faxing important paperwork.

We’re a short distance from I-75 and M59 which makes traveling so much easier, especially if you’re a student at Oakland University or an employee at Great Lakes Crossing (or if you just like to shop).
Here at Waterford Square we’re like a big family just waiting for more members to join. Our next up and coming event in our full schedule of resident events, will be a family movie night! We’ll have snacks and beverages along with a nice family friendly movie (Night at the Museum) which we all plan to enjoy together.
