Riverview Crossings previously was known as Pennbrook Place Apartments and was recently purchased by and is under the new management of RESSCO. As a little back story, RESSCO is a large commercial real estate company that has been doing business in the Metro Detroit market for 16 years and has over 100 years of combined experience with their executive team managing multi-million-dollar real estate equity investments.
