It can’t be any more convenient!

Speaking of convenience, everything about The Sapphire radiates easy-fun living. For the accessibility of the residents, there is a Business Center. Modern in every way. Wifi capabilities, printer, and comfortable seating. The sparkling pool gives the summer heat a run for its money!  With a large sun deck, you will always find a seat to lay, read a book or watch the crystal clear water. After a splash in the pool, head down to the 24/7 laundry facilities. The easy to use washer and driers make finishing daily tasks a breeze.

You can’t miss the updates happening across the community, they are everywhere! Fresh paint filling the halls with beautiful sapphire blue touches. Giving each part of this masterpiece of a building an important role. The newly renovated fitness center is a great added feature that I use daily. Such convenience being able to workout on my own schedule and with no commute!  Entry to the center is by fob access only just as all the exterior entry / exits are accessed.

Now, the best part, my apartment which is huge! Very open floor plan. With high ceilings, it creates a lovely and elegant home feel. My living room is massive at over 20×20 sq ft with plenty of room for all of my desired furniture. My kitchen has stainless steel finishes to give an impressive modern look.

All this with comes with the service level that ranks with the most luxurious hotels!  Even i I have a simple light bulb go out, maintenance is there to assist me.  Of course they are there for all needs, should they arise in a timely and professional fashion.

The Sapphire on North Park Drive is a great place to live. I’m excited to come home after a long day of work to relax on my balcony and take in the spectacular view, host dinner for friends and family or burn off the stress form the outside world with a workout in the fitness center!
